Daniel P. Leff

Chief Executive Officer

Daniel Leff serves as Chief Executive Officer at Hara, as well as a member of the board of directors. He has 30 years of extensive operating experience building, leading and transforming global energy services businesses, and previously served as an Advisory Partner at Clayton Dubilier & Rice, a New York City and London based private equity firm. At Invensys plc, a £7 billion worldwide manufacturing and services company, he co-led a turnaround as co-COO and as COO of the Energy Management Division. Before joining Invensys, Dan was selected to be chairman and CEO of Enron Energy Services by the creditor-appointed management team to help lead the parent corporation following its 2001 bankruptcy filing. Earlier Dan was COO of Enron Energy Services and additionally led the restructuring of the parent company's international power plant and pipeline engineering and construction business. Dan previously founded a forward-looking energy services company, which he sold to Enron in 1997. Prior to that he operated, acquired and sold a New York City-based energy services company. Dan holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Union College.

Andrew Salzman

Chief Marketing and Product Officer

Andrew Salzman serves as Chief Marketing and Product Officer at Hara.  He is a 30-year strategic marketing veteran known for his innovative work in supporting business transformations at companies with disruptive technologies.   Andrew has served as a principal with The Chasm Group helping companies drive market development and growth strategies.  Prior to Chasm Group, he served as CMO at Saba where he transformed this on-premise learning company into a SaaS-based talent management company.  Before Saba, he served as CMO at both SaaS-based supply chain firm e2open, and at Information Resources where he transitioned this CPG/Retail big data vendor into a data analytics and decision support systems provider.  Earlier Andrew ran corporate marketing at Siebel Systems during its meteoric growth period in creating the CRM category.  He also led global marketing at Compaq during its Tandem and DEC acquisitions, and helped drive Kodak’s early transitional efforts in moving from traditional to digital imaging.  Andrew spent his first 14 years as an advertising agency managing director in the US, Europe, and Asia.  He holds a B.A. degree from U.C. Berkeley, and serves on the advisory boards of Target Data, Cross Cultural Communications, OnRequest Images, and Naviscribe.

Chris Krook

Chief Financial Officer

Chris Krook brings over 20 years of finance experience in the software industry to Hara. As CFO, Chris is responsible for leading all finance and back-office operations of Hara.

Before joining Hara, Chris served as CFO of InQuira, Inc, a leading provider of knowledge management software until the company’s acquisition by Oracle. Prior to InQuira, Chris spent 10 years as CFO of Comergent Technologies, Inc. until its acquisition by Sterling Commerce/ AT&T. Earlier, Chris held senior financial positions at Connectify (acquired by Kana Communications) and NetGravity (acquired by DoubleClick). Chris began his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen & Co.

Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Colorado and is a California certified public accountant.

Michael Mann

SVP of Strategic Sales

Michael Mann serves as SVP of Sales and Marketing and Account Management at Hara. Drawing on 30 years' experience leading business development and enterprise transformation initiatives across the energy supply chain, from oil production and refining, electrical power generation and environmental remediation, Michael leads the development and execution of Hara's global go-to-market platform. Prior to Hara, Michael led new business initiatives at Fluor Daniel Corporation in Europe and North America. In 1998, Michael was recruited to Enron Corporation where he led a sales team which structured and sold ground breaking energy management partnerships with Fortune 500 commercial and industrial clients. More recently, Michael led a risk management practice at Marsh McLennan serving industrial and manufacturing clients. Michael is a graduate of the University of Southern California.

Prakash Menon

VP of Development

Prakash Menon is VP of Development at Hara and has over 20 years of experience designing, developing and delivering software internationally. Throughout his career, Prakash has worked for some of the largest companies in the world including Fujitsu, Sony and Oracle. Prior to joining Hara, Prakash was with the Server Technologies Group at Oracle where he directed the development of multiple system monitoring products. Before that he was part of the Application Research team at Oracle that built and took to market multiple innovative applications in the CRM, ERP and BI spaces. Prakash has an MBA in Systems Management from T.A. Pai Management Institute, Manipal and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Calicut.

Ellen Raynor

VP of Program Management

Ellen Raynor serves as VP of Program Management at Hara where she is responsible for program management of the company's overall energy and sustainability management solution including third party technology, contract development, technical publications, localization, and patent management. Ellen brings to Hara over 15 years of sustainability and enterprise software experience. Ellen has held the role of Vice President of Product Managment at Sagent Technology, Group1 Software, and Pitney Bowes where she drove the strategy and execution of solution initiatives enabling a $185M division. Ellen holds a Bachelor's degree from the Department of Mathematics & Computer Science at Middlebury College, and an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio School of Management.

Amit Singh

VP of Product Strategy

Amit Singh serves as VP of Product Strategy for Hara, where he is responsible for product management, product marketing and user experience functions. Amit has over 15 years of enterprise software experience with organizations including Oracle, PeopleSoft, Deloitte, Infosys and Sierra Atlantic. Prior to joining Hara, Amit drove Oracle's strategy and statement of direction in the manufacturing space, including acquisitions, partnerships and organic development. Amit holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India and a MS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management from National Institute of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai, India.
